Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly Pro subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining time in the billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual Pro subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining months in the subscription period.
Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime Pro purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
3. Digital Products
SuccessfulMe is a digital service provided through our mobile application and web platform. As a digital service:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at refunds@successfulme.app with your account email and purchase details
- Include your reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund window (unless prorated as outlined above)
- Lifetime purchases after 30 days
- Refunds requested due to violation of Terms of Service
- Refunds for promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
Refund: A refund returns your payment and typically ends your subscription immediately. Refunds must be requested within the eligible timeframe.
